Tortilla chips and salsa is a favorite in our home! My husband likes to make this medium/hot salsa in the blender. The only fresh ingredient is the cilantro.
28 oz ROTEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 can El Plato Tomato Sauce (yellow can about 8-10 oz size)
1/2 bunch cilantro (cut up some with scissors as you put it in the blender)
10 oz ROTEL Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes with Lime and Cilantro
1 TBS dried minced onion (or a few green onions, opt.)
salt, garlic salt, and pepper to taste
Place all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed, starting with the 28 oz can. Blend until cilantro becomes diced. And…you are finished. Enjoy!
