Mini Corn Dog Cups

This “Mini Corn Dog Cups” recipe is inexpensive and feeds a lot of little people. The baked corn meal muffin makes them more healthy than a traditional hot dog. 🙂

Mini Corn Dog Cups

2 TBS oil

¾ cup flour

½ cup corn meal

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp onion salt

1 TBS sugar

1 egg

½ cup  milk

Grease 24 mini muffin cups.  mini panMix dry ingredients together and then add the wet ingredients.batter

These are a great snack or meal idea for traveling to ball games or events. I like to bake the mini corn dog cups, place them together in foil and put them in a small cooler with a heated rice pad to keep them warm. keeping food warm on the go

We use snack bags filled with ketchup or mustard for dipping, when we are on the go. dip in a snack bagThese are inexpensive and filling!
