Chicken Cacciatore is a favorite at our house. This makes up fast, if you have a night at home, or it can be put in a crock pot so you can just cook the pasta when you are ready to eat.
Chicken Cacciatore
1/2 to 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
salt, pepper
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until chicken is cooked. Serve over rigatoni pasta.
