½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 TBS butter
½ cup mini marshmallows
Grease an 8 x 8 square dish. In a pan over medium heat, roast the sesame seeds until they are golden. Set them aside to cool. Stir together and melt the butter, brown sugar, and mini marshmallows over low heat in a pan. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame seeds. Press the mixture into the greased dish. Let cool and cut. Enjoy!
Sesame seeds are good for you. Here is a link to a website that explains their nutritional value and health benefits.
(I was able to find sesame seeds cheaper in the Hispanic food section of my grocery store. They come in a plastic bag instead of just finding them by the spices.)
