This sauce is made from scratch in the amount of time it takes to cook the pasta! It doesn’t come from a jar or a box, and it uses simple ingredients most homes have on hand. Inexpensive and Fast!
Creamy Pasta Sauce
2 TBS margarine or butter
2 TBS flour
Melt butter in a small sauce pan on medium heat. Add flour and stir until smooth.
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp parsley flakes
couple shakes of seasoned salt
couple shakes of coarse pepper
Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Simmer stirring constantly until thickened. Serve with 1 lb cooked penne pasta (or whatever variety you’d like).
